NFT Supply

Total supply of the Skoollz collection is 1000 NFTs.

Of this total, 900 NFTs (90%) will be available for minting at the price of 10 VTRU per NFT.

100 NFTs (10%) will be allocated for promotional giveaways and rewards for holders after achieving certain goals. More details in the "Community allocation" tab.

Treasury allocation

All Treasury-allocated revenue will be used to provide liquidity in Vitruveo's DEX as follows

• 50% VTRU

• 50% USDC.pol*

The goal is to help Vitruveo to increase the liquidity available in the DEX and help maintain a stable price for VTRU.

*50% of the Treasury's VTRU revenue will be sold for USDC.pol in order to create a VTRU/USDC.pol pair on the DEX

Community allocation

5 % of the VTRU revenue will be allocated for giveaways and rewards for Skoollz holders only. Holders giveaways will be held in the Skoollz Discord server only, and they will run for at least 24hrs, to allow all holders to enter the giveaway.

Example: for 1000 VTRU raised from Skoollz sales, 100 VTRU will be used for giveaways.

Additionally, 100 NFTs (10% of total supply) will be allocated for promotional giveaways (after achieving certain goals) and special rewards for holders. These includes:

• Zealy campaigns

  • Join the Skoollz community on Zealy

• Discord giveaways:

  • Open giveaways

  • OG-only giveaways

  • Holders-only giveaways (available before and after minting starts, until all the allocated Skoollz have been distributed)

• Holders rewards for multiple buys:

  • Purchasing 10 Skoollz in a single transaction will be rewarded with 3 free Skoollz NFTs

  • Purchasing 5 Skoollz in a single transaction will be rewarded with 1 free Skoollz NFT

All giveaways will be available until all community-allocated NFTs have been allocated

Creator allocation
